At Amorphous Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original luxury packaging and original shipping box to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory specialists inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
